Share Value
The 2023 price of Corporation shares was set at $13,970. The share value is determined annually by the Board of Directors and is based on the total value of our assets owned by the Corporation divided by the total authorized shares (75). If you would like a detail of the determination, please contact one of the board members.
Qualifications
You must be a home owner within a 10-mile radius of the Lofall Dock Facility. The Lofall Community Corporation must approve any prospective buyer to ensure they meet the minimum requirements of a Shareholder, according to our bylaws, before a share may be transferred to them.

Selling Your Shares
If you would like to sell a share, please contact Lofall Community Corporation by mail or email. Contact information is listed below. The Corporation will assist you in transferring your share to another family that meets the minimum requirements of a Shareholder, or will assist you in finding a buyer.
A $400 transfer fee is payable by the seller to the Corporation.
