Founded in 1973, the Lofall Community Corporation is a privately held organization that provides its members Hood Canal beach access, moorage, access to its docks, recreation and investment equity.
Shareholders may access the facilities, use the docks and beach property year-round.
The Lofall Community Corporation facility is located at the former Washington State Ferries - Lofall Ferry Dock on Wesley Way in Lofall, Washington; three miles south of the Hood Canal bridge in Kitsap County.
The Lofall Community Corporation has 75 shareholders and is managed by our board of directors. The facility includes floating docks, seasonal boat moorage, a gazebo and picnic tables, a rental home and short-term vacation rental. The adjacent beach provides a picnic and play area, a high-tide small boat launch and private access to vast DNR tidelands on the east shore of Hood Canal. Membership in Lofall Community Corporation provides local homeowners benefits of waterfront living without needing to live on the water.
